Product Introduction
Aluminum-zinc coated steel sheets are manufactured by cold-rolling steel plates and applying a thermal plating process to form a composite coating containing approximately 55% aluminum, 43.5% zinc, and trace amounts of silicon. This advanced material exhibits 2-6 times greater corrosion resistance than standard galvanized steel sheets, along with superior high-temperature stability, thermal durability, and paint adhesion. The surface displays a silvery star-patterned finish with a smooth, aesthetically pleasing finish. Capable of standard processing operations including stamping, shearing, and bending, these sheets are extensively utilized in architectural roofing and wall systems, appliance casings, photovoltaic mounting structures, ventilation ducts, and premium color-coated substrates.
